This binding Agreement is entered into by and between the User ("You") and G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company"). By accessing, installing, or using our software applications and digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All content, software architecture, branding, trademarks, code, visual designs, graphics, and digital assets associated with our platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized copying, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Users agree to use the software solely for lawful, non-commercial personal purposes. You agree not to interfere with network security, bypass digital rights management, execute automated scraping scripts, or upload malicious code.
Our software may integrate with third-party infrastructure, including payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree Payments) and application marketplaces. G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for third-party system outages or external service terms.
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
